3 แนวทางแก้ปัญหาหากไม่มีสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต
1. เมื่อเกิดปัญหา เน็ตหลุด (https://www.true.th/support/site/home_internet) ให้ตรวจสอบสถานะฝ่ายที่เราเตอร์อุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อและกระจายสัญญาณไวไฟล์ ถ้ามีไฟสีแดงหรือสีเขียวกระพริบแสดงว่าเราเตอร์ทำงานไม่ปกติ ให้ทำการปิดเราเตอร์ถอดปลั๊กจากนั้นตรวจสอบสายสัญญาณด้านหลังและใต้เราเตอร์ทุกเส้นว่าเชื่อมต่อแน่นดีหรือไม่ หลังจากนั้นให้เสียบปลั๊กแล้วเปิด router ใหม่
2. ตรวจสอบสาย lan ที่เชื่อมต่อระหว่างเราเตอร์กับอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ว่าเชื่อมต่อดีแล้วหรือไม่
3. ตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ให้ใช้งานที่บ้านได้ หากคุณใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของบริษัทจะมีการตั้งค่าให้ใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตโดยรับข้อมูลจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของบริษัทเท่านั้น เมื่อมีการนำคอมพิวเตอร์กลับมาใช้ที่บ้านจะต้องปลดล็อคการตั้งค่า proxy เพื่อให้ใช้งานที่บ้านได้โดยเข้าไปตั้งค่าที่อินเทอร์เน็ต option เลือก connection จากนั้นเลือก lan setting หากมีการตั้งค่า proxy หรือมีเครื่องหมายถูกในช่องให้คลิกออกให้หมดจากนั้นกด ok เพียงเท่านี้คุณก็สามารถแก้ไขปัญหา เน็ตหลุด (https://www.true.th/support/site/home_internet) และการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตเบื้องต้นได้ง่ายๆ

วิธีแก้ปัญหาการเเจ้งเตือน 'ไม่มีสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ต' บนหน้าจอทรูไอดี ทีวี
สามารถทำตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้
1. ทำการปิด/เปิดกล่องใหม่
2. ทำการปิด/เปิด WiFi Router เพื่อ Reset สัญญาณ WiFi ของ Internet ที่ให้บริการ
3. เคลื่อนกล่อง TrueID TV ให้ใกล้กับ Router ที่ปล่อยสัญญาณ หรือพยายามเลี่ยงให้ไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวางระหว่าง TrueID TV Box และ Router
