การขอจ้างงานที่ไม่ละเอียด เคจปัญหาลักษณะนี้มักตกภาระและความลำบากใจให้กับผู้จัดงานเลี้ยงอยู่ไม่น้อย เหตุการณ์ลักษณะนี้มักเกิดขึ้นในทำนองที่ว่า ต้องการใช้สถานที่ 4 ชั่วโมง และงานเลี้ยงจะอยู่ในขอบข่าย 4 ชั่ว เพิ่มเติมได้มากสุดคือ 1 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งการทำงานก็ผ่านไปได้ซักพักใหญ่ๆและงานก็ดูไม่มีทีท่าจะเสร็จซักที เหล่าผู้ร่วมงานต่างทำกิจกรรมที่มีอยู่ภายในงานไม่เสร็จ หรือนั่งแช่ พูดคุยกับ ทานอาหารกันไปเรื่อย ซึ่งรูปแบบลักษณะนี้จะเกิดปัญหาขึ้นมาทันทีเช่น ทีมงานที่จ้างไว้บางส่วนได้รับเงินในส่วนที่กำหนด หรือนักจัดงานเลี้ยงคิดเรตราคาการจ้างในส่วนของชั่วโมงที่ได้วางแผนกันไว้ (ซึ่งในบางรายอาจกินเวลาไปอย่างยาวนาน) ซึ่งปัญหาลักษณะนี้นักจัดงานเลี้ยงหลายๆคนยอมอดทนที่จะรอ หรือในบางรายอาจมีการไปบอกกล่าวแก่ผู้จ้าง หรือให้ทีมงานไปพักผ่อนรอกันก่อน เป็นต้น
การชำระเงิน การจัดงานเลี้ยงต่างๆจำเป็นต้องวางเงินมัดจำ (หรือในบางแห่งอาจขอเงินทั้งหมดในการจัดงานเลี้ยง) ซึ่งปัญหารูปแบบเกี่ยวกับงบนั้นเกิดขึ้นได้หลายกรณีมากคะ เช่นอุปกรณ์เสียหาย แขกภายในงานชนเครื่องแก้วแตก ชนเครื่องดนตรีตก ชำรุด เป็นต้น ซึ่งตรงจุดนี้จำเป็นต้องเรียกค่าเสียหายในการซ่อมแซมหรือซื้อบำรุงใหม่ และในหลายๆครั้งผู้จ้างไม่ยินยอมหรือลำบากใจที่จะจ่ายเงินเพิ่มเข้ามา ซึ่งตรงจุดนี้นับเป็นปัญหาอยู่ไม่น้อย ในบางรายชำระเงินเข้ามาช้า (ซึ่งวันงานใกล้จะเริ่ม) ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้เหล่านักจัดงานเลี้ยงลำบากใจและจำเป็นต้องเร่งงานให้อยู่ไม่น้อย
